1.2 System Composition
The system consists of five components: conveyor belt module, locator module, marking module, label conveying module, and labeling module.
1.3 Process introduction
Put the product > Convey > Product inspection > Product positioning and pressing > Print label > Move position of robotic arm > Label > Transfer away

2、Driven by the conveyor belt, the product automatically flows in the direction of the labeling mechanism;
3、When the product is close to the detection sensor, the system stops the conveyor belt after detecting the signal in place of the product;
4、The locator positions the product to the side;；
5、The SKU label is printed, and the robotic arm moves to absorb the label;；
6、The robotic arm transports the label to the labeling position according to the SKU；
7、The labeling module presses down the label vertically；

1.4 Principle
1、The product SKU label information is imported into the system through EXCEL (or other methods).。
2、The system configures the labeling positions of different SKU products once, such as the labeling position of power bank product 1 (X1, Y1), the labeling position of camera products (X2, Y2), the labeling position of earphone products (X3, Y3) .。
3、When the SKU is switched, after the label printing is completed, the system will transport the label to the corresponding labeling position through the robotic arm according to the difference of the label, and wait for the product to be in place before pressing the label。
